what does 3+ mean?

So today i had ny first ultrasound and it turned out really sad:/ we weren't able to see the baby and there was no heartbeat:/ they told me i was 11 weeks but after the ultrasound they think iam way less, so they ordered a blood test to measure my hormone levels and i wont be getting the results til friday, idk whats wrong!! so i went to buy a clear blue pregnancy test (4th one i take and its positive) but this one had the weeks on it, i just want to know if iam really pregnant or what is going on:/ and my breast are still really sore, anyone that can help?

It's hard to say...3+ just means your more than 3 weeks...so by this you are pregnant....now I believe if no baby is seen could be either chemical pregnancy or just that you are so early on there is only a sac....bloods will definately tell more...it's easy for me to say this but try not to worry n stress. If possible either keep busy ir take some time out to just relax at home. Try stay positive x

3+ means your 3 or more weeks past conception meaning you are 5 or more weeks pregnant

so i got the lab results and yes iam pregnant and i have 4-5 weeks!!!! thank you all for your positive coments and for keeping me in your prayers!!! My baby is slowly growing inside me!!!

Anything can happen...unfortunately the same thing happened to me and I misscarried....praying for you....I have heard stuff like this happening and the next ultrasound there is a perfectly healthy baby!!!

How long ago did you get your first positive test? If you should be close to 11 weeks it's probably not good news. If you possibly ovulated much much later then you might not be far enough to see anything yet. I hope you get some good news

My last pregnancy my hormone levels were off the charts. They wanted to check for twins or if I was 2.5 months instead of 6. The first scan saw nothing so they squeezed me in a few days later and got the sac and egetything. The rest of the pregnancy was odd because my hormone levels triggered me as a risk for everything even tough I wasn't.

Maybe the digital is reading high hormone levels?
