I'm so constipated and it hurts SO bad. I feel like I have to go so I go to the bathroom and I just sit there in agony because my stomach is killing me. I took some tums but that's about the only thing I have. It's 1am so I don't want to go and make coffee and that's the only thing I can think of that will help me go. THIS HURTS SO BAD. my mom made this cheese chicken Caserole that was like incredible and I stuffed myself with it😂😂😂 lord help me

Try to make sure you're drinking at least 8 cups of water a day. My MIL suffered with constipation for the longest. When I asked her how much water she drinks a day she said 1 bottle! I told her to drink more water, but she wouldn't. She finally started drinking more and she no longer has constipation.

Prune juice is great for moving things along. Or peppermint tea. Prune juice tastes awful, but it gets the job done

Several good suggestions already from others and I know they've been said but my top 3 are water, prunes (i eat the actual thing not the juice), and colace. In that order.

Go to the chemist and buy movicol or coloxal it will help get things going

Prune juice (organic if you can) heated up in the microwave. Absolutely disgusting (to me at least) but it works wonders. Nurses gave these out to the residents at the nursing home I used to work at when they were stopped up.
