Advice!?

I think Some of my mucous plug came out lastnight and now I've been getting non stop cramps and I'm only 19 weeks... I haven't felt the baby move really since this happened lastnight and now I'm freaking out. I go to the dr later today. Am I just freaking out over nothing or should I be concerned ?

Call the doctor. In the meantime drink a bottle of water, lay down on your side with your feet up, and take a Tylenol and a Benadryl together (instructions from my OBGYN nurse). Relax/rest for a while and see if that stops the cramps.

You're early enough along that it's not worrisome to not feel the baby consistently, and also early enough that if something were to happen, the doc would send you to the ER, not L&D. 😕

This happened to me and I was dilating and having contractions without knowing. You need to go into l&d
