Miscarriage?

I come on after being over a month late .Yesterday night i was weeing and i felt like i needed to push so i did and i felt a massive blood clot come out of me about the size of a golf ball this period has been really painful to the point i couldnt move , i would of been six weeks if i was pregnant and theres a good chance i could of been as i didnt use protection. I dont know what to think any advice?!
