Am I ?

So guys i've been having pregnancy signs for about a month now , nausea, tiredness, desire to eat everything, abdominal pain, gas , spotting.  In the beginning of December i got what i thought was my period but it was light for 3 days and very dark in color sometimes bright. So I went to the gyn & they gave me a Pap smear & said it looked like i was about to start my period, But I supposedly Had it already ! & when she took the Pap smear out, there was blood& after . My pregnancy test came negative. Is it possible that I am pregnant?
