Bleeding while masturbating

I masturbate all the time and have never bled before. Last night when after I had squirt I went for round two and then noticed I was bleeding. There was no pain but it freaked me out. The morning I woke up I had spotting with brown discharge and an odd smell. I had a shower and cleaned it then mastunated again and it started bleeding again. Can someone please help me and what should I do to keep it clean?
