Magnesium vitamins should help!!! 😊 they also help balance your hormones so that's always a good thing when pregnant haha. I took them for the first 2 months of pregnancy and it also helped a lot with morning sickness. I randomly stopped taking them and haven't started again but I haven't had any poop problems which has been nice. Good luck!!
