Weird question, but I need help

Okay so I'm 14+1 today. Last night, I noticied what I can only described as a very thin, sticky, odorless "discharge" in my underwear. It was like it had soaked one side of my underwear. It only happens every so often. I don't know if I should be concerned or not. I tried the whole laying down for 30 minutes and standing back up to see if it "gushed" and it hasn't, so I don't think it's amniotic fluid?? Help please. I have a history or miscarriage and infections since the beginning of this pregnancy.
