I know this is disgusting guys, but my asshole hates me. I swear i wanna cry every time i poop.  I feel like I'm ripping from my butt to my back.

Ive went... The hemorrhoids are there till they decide to leave. Im not constipated... I take colace nightly to prevent since beginning of  pregnancy.  I just mean i need to know how to prevent more  bleeding , if I can.

This is called constipation. Take some Colace. Plum/prine juice.

Eat raisin bran cereal. It helped me. The more you strain to have a bowel movement you increase your  chances of hemorrhoids. And try mirelax if your doctor gives the ok.

Are you using tucks/preperation H wipes or cream? Also a sitz bath.

Could be hemorrhoids.... I'd ask my doctor to be on the safe side
