Help ..

I'm almost 7 months, 28 weeks tomorrow, but I'm having really bad back pain, no position helps, my side was throbbing a few minutes ago, I feel like I'm on fire, my stomach hurts, down there hurts every now and then and it feels like he's wiggling, im just so tired and weak, but he's been really active and kicking or hitting the right side of my stomach really hard, I'm just really worried about these symptoms, opinions?
