Red bulls or rockstars?

I'm almost 29 weeks and I haven't had energy drinks pretty much since I found out I was pregnant, but ugh I'm so tired! I only had today off, but i do photography on the side and I had a shoot today, now I have to stay up to edit and I have to work at my office tomorrow. I'm just wondering if having an energy drink (or two) would affect my baby. 😴😔

It's not the caffeine I'd be worried about. It's all the chemicals in energy drinks! Definitely avoid and find your caffeine somewhere else.

Definitely avoid the energy drinks. But drinking around 200-250 mg caffeine is okay. Try some coffee?

I was told 1 rockstar a day is the same as 2 cups of coffee my OB says everything looks fine and it hasn't affected me or the baby in any way and I'm 35 weeks now

Thats like 12 cans of soda id say to ask your doctor but that dosnt seem safe

Way too much caffeine and sugar! It sounds like you've got a tough schedule for sure, but I certainly wouldn't risk it.
