Idk what to think

Okay long story short i was spose to start on the 7th i didnt start then on the 16th i woke up with extreme pelvic pain and black blood went to er told me i wasnt pregnate. i had kidney stones and i small cyst the ruptured i started my period it was extemely light and went away lastnight the 18th amd now i have weird sticky brown mucus my period should have lasted like 6 days. And it only lasted 2 ? Should i retest for pregnacy. I have two apps one told me my period was 10 days late one told me it was 5 days late. I dont no if i was far enought to test at the ER or if i was far enough and im not pregnate i dont kno :( advice please
