Christmas BFP: Tell or wait?

BFP: Tell or wait?" /> For those who are currently TTCing, if you find out you were pregnant this month, especially on Christmas day. Would you take advantage of our being Christmas and tell your friends and family like a an additional Christmas gift? Or would you want until after your first trimester (March) to spread the news? It's possible I might find out I'm pregnant Christmas day ( That's when my period is due), but I'm not sure if I want to tell or wait. But that would be such a great thing to tell my family on Christmas day!

I plan on telling our immediate family and close friends on Christmas day and announcing it on social media after the first trimester.

I am in the same situation. IF we test and get a positive, we are going to savor between the two of us and tell everyone else at a later time.

I say tell friends, and family- that you would want there to support you if something did happen. That's what I did, and I don't regret it. I unfortunately had an early miscarriage & couldn't be happier about my decision to tell friends, and family. I had so much love & support to help get me through it. In the end it's up to you! Don't listen to that first trimester nonsense. Celebrate. 😊
