Has anyone else

Has anyone else had their leg hair grow faster during pregnancy? I would shave maybe twice during the week and have smooth legs but now if I go over a day they are beyond past the prickly stage.... I heard an old wives tale that if it boy your hair will grow faster and if it's a girl it's slower.... My actually hair doesn't seem to be growing but my leg hair is going like crazy lol
