help :/

i had sex again today with a guy I had sex with around thanksgiving and the first time with him I bled everywhere and I wansnt on my period I know for sure and i've slept with a couple people it wasn't my first time and again tonight I bled not as much but still a lot and it's so embarrassing and I just don't know why it's happening
