PLEASE RESPOND

First and half of the second day of my period I was bleeding and it was lighter than usual, but it was still flowing. Last two days and other half of the second day, this is what it was like but only visible after I wiped after using the bathroom. And it kept getting lighter and lighter. Now, nothing. It's usually is on for 5 days. Help. Why is it like this? Never happened before. Please help me.
