This was supposed to be our rainbow baby

I had a miscarriage a little over a month ago and now I think I'm having another. My HCG was only 13 on Thursday which I thought was somewhat low for being around 4 weeks pregnant. This morning I woke up feeling the same way I did last time. Same pressure in my stomach. I had some spotting on Friday that was brown and light so I wasn't worried and it was gone yesterday. However there was some more reddish blood this morning. I'm trying not to stress out. I have my first OB appointment Tuesday and I keep saying that I just need hold on for Tuesday but I really do. My doctor didn't order a progesterone test and so I have a feeling my progesterone is low. Which is why I miscarried so early. 😢
