Help plz

So I went to the obgyn for a yeast and UTI check. They said it looks like a UTI and they gave me antibiotics. I've been taking them but things have gotten worse. I am having cramps so bad that I don't wanna get up, back pain that is so sore I'm feeling sick, headaches and discharge. I haven't had sex for like 2-3 months. I don't get what's going on but it's awful. Idk if it could be my medicine. What should I do or what do u all think?
