CRAMPS
So when I tend to get my period I usually have really bad cramps . And I take midol which usually helps them . This go round is 10xs worse . They are hurting SO BAD , won't go away. And I've taken midol ... I ALSO have to work today . Anything else I can do to help out with these cramps before work ?
