TTC After the Mirena

I need some advice or just input. Backstory: I am 33 years old and had my Mirena for 8 years. I had it removed Nov 13th, four days later I got what I think was my period. It lasted 6 days but was super super light. My hubby and I have been BD like crazy. About a week ago my breasts starting hurting, progressed to badly hurting, and still are. I got the penny taste yesterday. Didn't last long but I tasted it. Last night we BD and it made me bleed bright red. I'm suppose to start my period today, but as of yet, I have not got it. Sound like pregnancy? I got a bfn Dec 17th.
