Off birth control,always horny?

Okay so a few months back I stopped taking my birth control pills. I've been like uncontrollably horny. And I don't know if it's because my hormones are getting back into the swing of things or what. And since I've come off the birth control I've lost about 21 pounds. And my midwives always insisted that the birth control wasn't the cause of the extra 50 pounds that I gained. However I do believe that it was. And yes I also take antidepressants but they never made much of a difference when it came to my weight. Anyways yeah I was just wondering if this is normal.
