Need advice please!!

So my boyfriend and I have sex every time he comes home from school. And every time I go to see him. And he was my first. And it hurts the first time, obviously. But I figured after 6 months it wouldn't still hurt this bad. I can't get wet that easily. And he doesn't understand much about foreplay. I mean he tries it a little but it's not nearly enough for me to get wet enough for the pain not to exist. He thinks that all he has to do is finger me a little and bam, I'm ready. How do I explain to him that I need more than just that?
