I think my baby girl (20 months) had the stomach flu!!!! 😥 Friday night she had a very mild temp (but is also getting two teeth so I didn't think much of it) and yesterday she had 2 poops (typically just 1 a day). They were definitely sick poops, very loose and  stinky!!! Last night she woke up at 11:30 and cried for a second (and becuase of her teething again I didn't think much of it) and his morning when my husband went to get her their was throw up in her crib. I feel so horrible for not realize it sooner!!! There was absolutely no noise or anything to make me think she had thrown up. Anyway, I basically have been feeding her the BRAT (Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, &Toast) diet and she's drinking water well....but had another lose dinky poop. I'm sure I just need to let it run its course l, but seeing how this is her first stomach bug just wondering if their is  anything I should/could be doing for her??? TIA!!!
