My period is quite irregular and never comes on time. It literally only came on time once this year and other times it's just been really late, I've even missed a few months out of the year. So my question is, will the pill regulate my period and make it come on time?

It regulated my period but I would get a period like once every 2 months and then I went on the pill and yes it made it regular. But if you only get it once a year, that's really alarming, I would contact your doctor immediately and see what's going on. I know with PCOS periods are irregular to that extreme so you should contact your doctor
