Worried

Hey guys, first time posting. I have my first scan today (I think I am 8w3d) my sister has had 3 miscarriages and I just feel so worried that it will happen to me. I've been feeling really ill but the last 2 days I haven't been feeling as bad which makes me nervous (she said she stopped feeling sick when she had her miscarriages). I haven't had any bleeding or cramps so I'm sure it will be fine. Also this is my first pregnancy.
