Does it hurt?

I had a miscarrige at 6 weeks in july but it didnt hurt and im really scared it might happened again but im further along this time and im scared but im just wondering if it hurts after 12 weeks???

It doesn't feel like sunshine and rainbows if that's what your asking a miscarriage is basically going through labor without the baby that's how both of mine where

Try not to worry too much about it. The chances of miscarrying after the first trimester are drastically reduced. To answer your question, it can feel like menstrual cramps but it is usually closer to labour pain the further along you get. I know it is difficult not to worry after experiencing a miscarriage but you are heading into your second trimester. Just listen to your body and discuss any concerns with your doctor or midwife.
