Question?

Ok I started spotting on the 16th which had snotty mucus mixed in with it. Very little the next morning it was brown, then turned red heavy for rest of the day on into the next 2 day now being the 20th its bk to spotting red n brown. Since I've gone to bathroom I had tampon in for at least 4 hours n little brown on there. It started at 12 dpo could that have been implantation?
