Scary symptoms 😖

So I made a dr appt for jan 6, but I'm going crazy waiting to get some answers. I've been having dull low back pain and low cramps in the front. Seems like more discharge than usual also. Just had period last week. Took two preg test last month so I know those are out. My mind is just automatically going to cancer, and I'm just wondering if anyone else has had the same symptoms and found out different results?? Waiting for answers is the worst!!
