Bacterial infection?

So I noticed recently that I've had some discomfort down there and a "different" odor. There's no abdnormal discharge or anything. Just mainly a different odor. I am in a faithful relationship so STD is ruled out. I don't go to my next Doctor's appointment until Jan 4th. Is there any remedies I can do that's safe during pregnancy? Or any over the counter meds?
