Syatic nerve problems!!! Any solutions?

So my syatic nerve has been acting up lately and i can barely walk on my leg at times. I am going to be 30 weeks in 3 days. I still work (healthcare) and do some walking around but when this nerve problem start its a big problem. Anyone have this problem??? Do you have a solution to ease it up? Do you think tylenol would work for it???

Chiropractor visit to release that sciatic nerve. I have terrible issues with sciatic pain and I'm on weekly visits at this point. I'm 32weeks

Invest in a Foam Roller!! It's used for yoga but I go to a chiropractor weekly and I did therapy on one of these the other for my static pain and it helped SO much and feels amazing. All you do it sit on it, lean back and support yourself with your hands and roll yourself up and down on each hip or where ever your syatic pain hurts the most. It's also awesome to roll up and down your back with laying down. Takes some coordination but it's easy to get down. Go get one of these! You cab get them at Walmart. Make sure you get the soft or extra soft. The firm ones hurt and are super uncomfortable. Good luck and I hope this helps!
