Bleeding at 8 weeks.

I'm 8 weeks pregnant. I have an active server job and have been packing to move. I've been avoiding lifting heavy, and trying to take it easy. We're suppose to drive 2 separate cars 26 hours to our new home starting tomorrow. We only have money for the move and I have medicaid pending in new state, so can't go to ER. Well I had brown spotting twice today, then at work I had a few drops of bright red blood drip in the toilet and saw it on the tissue. Then it went back to brown, and now no spotting. I went home early and have been resting. I haven't had any cramps, but the last 2 days I did have a slight runners cramp by my ribs. I didn't think anything of it. I have no idea what to do or who to call. The community clinic I had my US at said if there is blood to go to ER. I don't have the money or insurance yet. Trying not to stress. Advice please. 😞
