Yeast infection?

I'm pregnant and have only had one yeast infection in my life and I remember it was itchy. Well I think I may have one now only because of my discharge being extremely thick. I'm talking about the thickness of flem from your throat when you're sick thick. It's white and before anyone asks, no I do not have an std. My husband and I have been together for two years with two paps and every time they do an std check because I am under 26. Not to mention my husband and I don't cheat on each other lol. I have gotten three blood tests since pregnant and they check for std's in your blood as well so PLEASE DONT EVEN SUGGEST THAT. Anyways my main question is can I have a yeast infection because of the extremely thick white discharge without there being an odor, itch, or pain? I cannot think of anything else it could be. It's been going on for probably a month and a half.
