Scared and worried

Hello ladies. I just need to talk..... I am 8 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I think I have a water infection so will be seeing A doctor this morning. I keep getting sharp pain in my lower tummy. Last night I saw pink bleeding be when I wiped. I was terrified and went to hospital, I have been booked in for an early scan tomorrow morning. I'm so afraid that something will be wrong. I am absolutely terrified of it actually! I know spotting is common but I also just don't feel pregnant apart from the bloated belly! Has anyone else had this and all been ok? No more blood has been seen since and I keep thinking it might just be a breakthrough bleed as my period may have been due about now! Any words of wisdom would be appreciated xxxxx😥
