Say he wasn't happy...wanted to leave but what's keeping him there is the kids and the fact divorce is expensive.... If you loved him and he loved you would you sleep with him while he's unhappily married?

If he's going to cheat on his wife, then imagine how easily he would cheat on you. That's so pig-like of him to do, if he's so unhappy, he should at least be separated with his wife and not disrespect his kids or wife by cheating on her.

Nope. It's just an excuse. Is he still sleeping with his wife? Even if he says no, he could be lying. Being married is a commitment,  he's being unfair to his wife and kids. Even if he does finally leave her, it will give her ammo to say it was your fault. Please don't do it, it makes it easy for him to have his cake and eat it too, why would he ever leave then?

When I was 16 my dad cheated on my mum (his wife) with some slag, his excuse was that he wasn't happily married. Reading this post made me so disgusted that you would consider playing a role in tearing there family apart( I know he's the one with the family and he's the pig) but just looking back on when I found out about my father having an affair I was completely heart broken. My parents ended up having a divorce which made me so upset and took me forever to get over. So reading your post about how you're considering having sex with a married man with a family makes me sick and feel so sorry for that mans family.

If he's not happy then he should separate from his wife but you should never be with a married man, especially knowing that he's married and has kids. If you love him so much then wait for him to leave her. Ps. He's not going to. He's going to tell you he will and he loves you so much but he's going home to her every night. He's telling you he's unhappy meanwhile, he's taking his wife and kids to parks and museums and he's happily walking with her hand in hand. He wants his cake and to eat it too.
