Vaginal Bleeding after sex.

Me and my partner just had sex and when we 'finished' he pulled out and had blood all over the condom. I ran to the bathroom and cleaned myself up, I began feeling sharp pains in my pelvis. This isn't the first time I've bleed after intercourse and my period isn't due for atleast another week. Any advice?
