bbt look promising?" /> I posted this in another forum with a neg test (only 8dpo) and practally everyone said no. I thought this is what your bbt was suppose to do if you're pregnant. Research shows there is rarely an implantation drop. I had my hopes up but apparently I am wrong? Can someone explain to me what your bbt is suppose to look like if you are pregnant then? I'm very confused.

That looks like ovulation to me. If it had dropped below coverline then it wouldn't confirm but this never dropped that far so your good. It just looks like a normal chat so far. A pregnancy chart doesn't really look different until later.

I don't actually see an ovulation pattern. Your temp needs to go up and stay up to confirm ovulation. Yours went up and then back down again and hasn't risen again.

Your but will stay high until your period, pregnant or not. It will drop if you're not pregnant. If your period is late and temp us high, you should test then. 8dpo is too early to know anything in most cases.
