Fertile Week

So according to glow, my fertile week starts today. I haven't had a period this month, and last month only got one after taking Provera. I have to make an appt with my doctor again but I can't go right away. My question is, can you still get pregnant if you didn't get a period? We're still gonna try this week, but is there even a chance of ovulating with no period prior? Also take into consideration I took tests and all came back negative, and I have PCOS.
