9 weeks....no heartbeat

Today I'm 9 weeks and 1 day. Went to the emergency room today due to having blood when I wiped ( after masterbating with a massager). They did an ultrasound and could not detect a heartbeat. And they also did a pelvic exam ( which hurt really bad) and I was told my cervix is tilted backwards. The Dr stated to me I might be miscarrying due to not hearing heartbeat. Has anyone ever had a similar experience with a successful pregnancy? This is my 4th pregnancy with no living kids and really worried about what's going on.
