Moaning post alert....I'm still vomiting and now I have a cold and sore throat 😞 having a bad day

I know I shouldn't moan but I've been sobbing since early hours.  I'm still waking up between 2-3am feeling sick so I'm constantly knackered, my promethazine dose is getting higher and higher and it's not stopping the vomiting and now I've caught a cold and sore throat off a patient.....feeling incredibly sorry for myself for feeling so crappy.  Think my boss is getting fed up of me being ill (I've taken one day off sick) so maybe that's making me extra stressed I don't know.  I'm so happy I'm pregnant but maybe feeling a bit bitter that my friends have floated through their first trimesters without anything.....it's like I have all of their symptoms 😂  of anyone reads this thanks for listening.  I've got no one else to talk to
