Anxiety?

So I know online tests are not always accurate but after taking 6 tests and doing research online I think I may have anxiety. I have a lot of the symptoms and truly am struggling with life but I don't know what to do about it. I really struggle to talk to people especially my parents about how I'm feeling so would love to have some advice from here. 
I have been struggling with the symptoms for almost a year now and just really want them to go. It's really effecting my daily life and because of it I'm starting to struggle at school. I don't want to fail, I just really want these feelings and thoughts to go away. Thanks everyone for readying. I appreciate the advice given.
