Trying to get pregnant

Hi everyone , my husband and I have been trying and yet nothing . I've gone to the doctors and everything is good and I've been taking these Nature Made Prenatal Multi pill for women who are and are trying to get pregnant and still nothing . I don't know what else to do and try . Everyone has told me to not think about it so much but baby fever is killing me lol
