Sore nipples?

So I ovulated anywhere from 12/11-12/14 (we BD'd every day between them) but around 12/15 my nipples started to hurt so bad to the point it hurt to put a bra on or even have a t shirt over them. They hurt like this for about a week and a half and just yesterday it let up a little but not much. I have never experienced sore nipples, it's always my entire boob. And my PMS symptoms are always the same and never start any sooner than a week before AF. I currently have 4 days until AF is due so this has been going on for almost two weeks. I have also been very fatigued the last couple days when I have been getting more than enough sleep at night and, unless I'm going crazy and being super hopeful for any kind of sign, my cheeks and top of my nose have looked kind of flushed/ darker than normal within the last day or so. Has anyone else at all experience this especially the nipples?
