Got it on the first try!

I've been on implanon birth control for about 3 months and before that the shot and the pill I was told right after I removed the rod I would be fertile again so I tracked my next ovulation date and period and had sex atleast every other day my ovulation week aslong as we were in the mood for love making. I took a few test too early but I waited for today to give me the exact result and it's positive! Hoping for a baby girl already have twin boys I wish everyone else the best it will come ladies just have to let it happen!
