Smells & nausea

My nausea was constant throughout my first 2 pregnancies & has been even worse with this one. I read some articles regarding heightened sense of smell being linked with the upset tummy during pregnancy & it's like a lightbulb went off in my brain. My nausea is always brought on by smell!! I have two little boys & my hubs is a diesel mechanic, so I'm trying desperately to destroy as many smells as I can in the house😁 Anyone else experience this? Any smells that help calm you?!
