KT Tape on belly???

Question

I don't know who posted it earlier, but it was their bump with KT tape on the side... Do you think KT tape helps? Just wondering... Because if it does, I have a ton of KT tape from work!!

I tried it a while ago and it did really help. Taking it off was a different matter...

I think you're referring to kinesiology tape. If so, multiple studies have shown that it is no better than placebo at treating a musculoskeletal condition (as in, it's utterly useless): http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1836955314000095
