Am I moving on too quickly??

So I'm just out of a relationship (got dumped about 3 weeks ago-December 3rd). Of course I was sad and miserable for a few days but then I decided that focusing on my career was the best thing to do and to move on and not let this breakup hold me back.

Literally a couple weeks later (December 22nd) I met this ridiculously sweet guy. Perhaps it's just a rush of emotions but we were talking then he gave me his number then talked to me non stop about everything imaginable he related to me. He was sweet he was funny, energetic, relatable and laid back and down to earth. You know that kind of instant connection you get with some people? I felt that with him. Not in a sexual or a boyfriend/girlfriend kind of way. Like that ultimate best friend for life. We hit it off immediately. Through texting he said he wanted to see me again and I said yeah maybe we could grab a drink or something. He then told me he was going down to the states to be with his family for Christmas and was leaving the next day so he said we'd work something out when he gets back.

The next day (so December 24th) some random person shows up at my work with a gift bag addressed to me. I asked who it was from and he said he had no idea and that some guy gave him $20 to deliver it to the name (my name) inside the building. Inside the bag were goodies from Victorias Secret (2 bras ans 2 matching panties) All in my favourite colour (purple) with a little card from him and that he couldn't wait to see me again.

Is this crazy? I think we click perfectly and he seems like a good guy even before the surprise gift. Should I pursue this? Is it too soon to move on? Because I am over the ex? Thoughts
