Girl?

I posted this before but didn't get much response and would like a little more. US tech said girl, and that parts could be swollen right now (this is a 20 week US), but the bit popped up in the middle is what's bugging me lol. Also wondering if the angle of the image would make a huge difference? With my boy at 20 weeks, he was showing it loud and proud, with no room for errors lol.
