Puppy advice!?

I can't seem to find any good information on google and I know a lot of you have fur babies. I have a 6 week old boxer who my boyfriend and I just got 2 nights ago. We've been mixing the soft food with the white dog on it from wal mart with his hard food. Is this a good brand to feed him? Or is there a different soft food we should give him

We had 10 healthy boxer puppies that all survived! We now have mom and the first born (dad passed away at 14 years old). We fed all Of them natural balance. When they were that small, we used the dry food and mixed it with a little water. We avoid wet food - we find they have looser stools when they eat wet food.

talk to your vet, see what they suggest. because boxers grow quite quickly and get big, you should have them on the best food you can afford, preferably something that supports growth, joint and muscle development. we have a lab and a rotty, we plan on putting my the rotty on a joint support version of dog door (Australian brand) as soon as she's done with puppy food. also, you can put them on fish oil when they're a bit older to support joints. do a bit of research about the breed, see if there's anything they can be predisposed too, and choose their food based on that. 
Example: our lab has allergies so he's on hypoallergenic food. our rotty is predisposed to joint issues (dysplsia which we've just found out she has , meaning she needs surgery 😕) so we will put her on a special joint blend.

I love Science Diet for my dogs. Both my dogs started off on the puppy formula and are now on Advanced Fitness Adult.  My boy is half boxer and has a sensitive tummy when new food is introduced but he hasn't had a problem with Science Diet in over 3 years.

My vet recommended Purina pro plan, Eukanuba, or science diet. We've got a 12 week old newfie and have been feeding him science diet. Make sure to get puppy food. It has more calories and the right amount of nutrients that growing puppies need! Also mix a little warm water on the food to soften it up, especially since your pup is so young.

I've always had good results with feeding my dogs ol roy..however..I always only give them puppy chow for a few months
