Might be pregnant

Ok so I might be pregnant not sure. I haven't taken a test because I. Haven't missed my period ( 2 weeks till I start) but I've been cramping in my lower abdomen and I've had light spotting I just hot back on birth control about a month ago. Could it be inplantion cramps? Can some of you ladies tell me what's happening ( waiting to go to the doctor next week)
