First appointment??

Question

My first appointment will be Monday, they're gonna do blood work and a pap smear. What else can I expect? What all will the blood work test for? This is my first pregnancy and I'm scared and obsessed at the same time.

Blood tests test for a lot of things like hcg levels, if u have any STD's, HIV, Diabetes, Blood Type, drugs.

If you're far enough along, they may do an ultrasound. 
They'll take a urine sample, looking for drugs but also proteins in urine, among other things. 
The blood work is for your HCG and I opted for a CF profile to be done to check for cystic fibrosis. 
They do the Pap smear for anything abnormal or STD's.

The doc will go over the basic do and do nots and answer any questions
